Tweddle Litho of Europe (hereinafter the company) makes every effort to protect the privacy of the user.

Although a lot of information on this website is available without providing personal data, especially in the case of non-interactive use, it is possible that the user is asked for personal information when he seeks an interactive use of the website. Via the website the company will collect, particularly in the framework of the order process and/or during the registration and reservation process, personal data about the user. These include full name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, language, age and gender. During the ordering process it is possible that credit card information is requested as a guarantee.

The user hereby gives his/her unambiguous consent to process these personal data in accordance with the conditions set out in this statement.

The personal data sent by the user will be processed according to the Law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy.

The processed data will only be used for the following purposes:

  • The management of the user's profile;

The user has the right to access, correction and deletion of his processed personal data if appropriate. To this end, he can send an email to tgbpm@tweddle.com or a signed and dated letter to the address of the company, provided the addition of a copy of the identity card.

The user can additionally oppose processing of his personal data for direct marketing purposes, for which he can contact the company in the same way as described before.
